1. How to check the status of my order?

Please log into your account on the front page by clicking 'Your account'. In there you will be able to check your order status. Simply click Track your order.

 

2. What kinds of payment methods are available?

Dear customers, we support several payment methods such as Credit Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard and etc.; this payment method is only available for orders under GBP3000), Western Union, Wire Transfer, L/C (only for very larger orders, not recommended). For other payment methods, please contact to our service team members.

 

3. What kinds of shipping methods are available?

Dear customers, we support several shipping methods such as FedEx, TNT, DHL, EMS, Hong Kong Post, Container Shipping, etc. For special shipping method requirement, please contact our service team members.

 

4. What about the shipping fee? Are the costs by your side?

Dear customers,we offer free shipping for orders amount above $199 and for wedding accesories such as bridal wraps, jackets, veils .etc. free shipping is available without amount limited (only for HK Post).

 

5. How long will I receive my orders?

It depends on the quantity and details of your orders; normally it takes about 25 days for tailoring (processing time). If you have urgent need for the dresses, please place the orders in advance and we will place the shipping package as soon as possible without sacrificing the quality of products. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services, we will provide a reasonable solution for you.

 

6. How is your product quality?

We fully understand the importance of the product quality and put it in the first place. Materials and procedures are carefully monitored.by our QC team members. Dressmakers are professional and experienced, all products are strictly checked and approved by related authorities, you are guaranteed with great products.

 

7. Can you send sample dresses before the deal?

Yes, we will send sample dresses before the deal if you need to confirm the quality of the dresses, but sample dresses cost will need to be paid before. Wholesalers can enjoy a wholesale price for the sample dresses.

 

8. Can I enjoy further discount than the product price on the website?

The product prices on our website have been the best we can offer. The discount you can enjoy mainly depends on your order amount. The more you order, and more discount you can enjoy. For more details, please visit our Wholesale Policies.

 

9. Do you support Mixed Lot Wholesale?

Yes, you can order dresses in different categories, numbers, size and color (or any other special requirement such as adding the belt or straps). And you can enjoy different wholesale discount according to the total amount of your order (shipping fee is excluded).

 

10. Can I return or exchange products for the inactive stock (for wholesalers)?

Normally we won’t accept return or exchange products. This kind of service is only available for our VIP customers who had a long term friendship with us. However, we are happy to offer you further discount on your next purchase.

 

11. Can I refund the problem dresses?

Yes, we accept 30 days return if it is because our mistake such as missing quality testing or mistaken packages and so on. Also please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified (no damage in dress quality, packages and not bad influence on reselling), you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost), and we will give you the corresponding refund. Please believe we are making efforts to make up your lost as much as possible.

 

12. Can I visit your factory?

Yes, you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory and office. Before you come to our factory, please contact us in advance so that we can make the arrangement accordingly.
